Palau Resort is located within a short drive from downtown of the capital city of Koror. The developement maintains a balance between quality and cost. Buildings are designed to be self-sufficient from an energy standpoint, reducing reliance on external sources. Sustainability also goes beyond construction and maintenance. The resort will assist the guests in a wellness experience with healthy local foods and activities currently not found in other Palau resorts. A strong flavor of Palau local culture is reflected throughout the property and will set a new standards for the hospitality market in the island. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase comprises of development of the lower site public spaces, such as reception lobby, hotel guestroom, swimming pool, food and beverage areas, beachfront, water sports, bungalows and others. Most of the hillside areas are going to be developed as second phase to expand guestroom capacity to meet future demands.
