Location: Xiamen, China

Design of a 5 star resort hotel located in a sea side city of Xiamen – a popular tourist destination. Beach front property comprises of three adjoining low-rise blocks facing the sea. Masterplan maximizes rooms with sea view and reflects land constraints. Building design is a result of a modern interpretation of traditional colonial Xiamen architecture blended with South-East Asian flavour.
